For over two decades, I have provided evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various clinical settings, specialising in couple/family therapy, mental health, grief & loss, and trauma.

I’m an Accredited Mental Health Social worker in private practice, including providing counselling services to Converge International. With prior roles as a Forensic Counsellor at the Dept of Forensic Medicine, Senior Social Worker at Campbelltown Hospital, and Couple and Family Therapist at CatholicCare, I have demonstrated proficiency in both assessment, evidence-based therapy and working with clients from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds.

I take pride in my effective communication skills, crucial for liaising with doctors, allied health professionals, and community organisations.

My goal is always to empower my clients by developing coping strategies that enable them to navigate through the difficulties they are experiencing and maximise their overall well-being.
