Amy is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She delivers empathetic, evidence-based care tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of her clients. Amy has extensive experience working with individuals, parents and families.
Amy has two young children, as well as two teenage step-children so she has a deep understanding of the complexities that can be encountered when transitioning into parenthood and the challenges presented by blended family situations.
Amy integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and Attachment Theory into her therapeutic approach. She has also completed intensive training in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health and is committed to continuous professional growth in the perinatal field.
