Taisia is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with extensive experience working in both public and private sectors. Taisia has worked with clients with a variety of mental health conditions and presenting issues, including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, stress, grief and loss, and adjustment to major life changes. She is particularly interested in supporting parents who are experiencing difficulties adjusting to parenthood. Taisia tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the particular needs of each client using evidence based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Taisia has completed perinatal specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and with the Seleni Institute.
