Rebekah Evans

Mental Health Social Worker: Telehealth

B.Social Science (Psychology), Master of Social Work, Developmental Psychiatry Course

Rebekah is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). She has practiced across community, public mental health and private sectors. Rebekah has worked with individuals experiencing a range of concerns and mental health conditions including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, psychosis, developmental trauma, relational issues, parenting challenges and family violence. She is also experienced in providing parent-child therapy and systemic family work.



Rebekah is passionate about supporting families to develop healthy relationships. She recognises the significant challenges that can occur during the adjustment to parenthood and supports parents with their transition. She practices from a relational framework and collaborates with her clients to understand their needs, tailors therapeutic care and integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches.



Rebekah has a postgraduate certificate in perinatal and infant mental health. She has completed perinatal specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and Seleni Institute, and is also a Circle of Security program facilitator.
