Rachel is passionate about providing clients with a safe, non-judgemental, empathetic, and accepting space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
With an ongoing commitment to professional development, always adapting and integrating evidence-based approaches to her therapeutic practice that align with the client to support them. A true advocate in believing that the relationship between an individual and the therapist is fundamental in creating meaningful change.
Rachel has recently completed additional perinatal mental health training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and more specific perinatal mental health training in addressing postnatal depression with the University of Exeter.
