Megan is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Megan has experience working in both community mental health and hospital settings, working with a variety of clients across the lifespan. Megan is passionate about assisting parents to navigate the challenges that accompany new parenthood including anxiety, depression, adjustment issues and grief and loss.
Megan employs a collaborative, evidence-based approach to treatment, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while providing a compassionate and non-judgement environment for clients.
Megan has completed Perinatal Non-Directive Counselling Training through the APS, along with perinatal specific training through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and the Selini Institute.
