Clinical Psychologist: Telehealth

Louisa is a is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) having completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Master of Psychology (Clinical). Louisa is passionate about caring for parents, and their infants during the adjustment period of welcoming a new family member. This period of time is sensitive, and Louisa adopts an empathic, non-judgmental and compassionate approach to working together during this time. Louisa utilises evidence based approaches to treatment include acceptance and commitment therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy, however ensures that the approach to therapy is a collaborative experience with the clients. Louisa has experience working in both public and private mental health settings. Louisa has completed perinatal specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and is currently completing the Seleni Institute Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders training course.
