Laura Harding

Psychologist: Telehealth

B. Psychological Science (Honours), Master of Organisational Psychology, Masters of Clinical Psychology (completing)

Laura is a generally registered Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Master of Organisational Psychology. She is currently completing a Masters of Clinical Psychology. Laura is a member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).



Laura has a varied background in psychology. After obtaining her general registration as Psychologist, she joined the Australian Defence Force as an Army Psychologist. She has provided clinical and organisational psychology services across Australia for the past six years. Throughout her work, Laura has identified a passion for supporting women.

Laura’s therapeutic approach is based on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT), utilising components of other therapeutic techniques to create an eclectic, personalised experience. She has a strengths-based, holistic approach to therapy.



Laura is warm and non-judgemental, and is looking forward to supporting you. She has recently completed the Maternal Mental Health Intensive course through The Seleni Institute and training through the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE).
