Emily Wilkinson

Clinical Psychologist: Telehealth

BBSc(Hons), MClinPsych, MAPS, AMACPA

Having completed her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Emily is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and holds Associate membership with the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).
Emily is an accredited Bringing Baby Home (Gottman Institute) workshop facilitator and Circle of Security (COS) parenting program facilitator. She has also facilitated workshops for new and expectant mothers experiencing postnatal depression and/or anxiety.

Emily is warm, compassionate and non-judgmental. She uses a therapeutic framework that draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment and Schema Theory. She is passionate about the importance of supporting parents as they transition to parenthood, as this can be a highly challenging time.

Emily has completed perinatal specific training with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE) and the University of Sydney continuing development program: Perinatal Mental Health Course.
