B.Business, Grap Dip Psychology, B.Behavioural Science Psychology Honours

Jane is a psychologist, registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).

Jane works with a wide range of clients experiencing depression, anxiety, low mood, adjustment challenges, burnout, exhaustion and those who are generally feeling 'stuck'. Jane particularly enjoys working with new Mums/Dads/caregivers as they navigate the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood. She is a certified Circle of Security Parenting facilitator and is passionate about helping parents learn how to build secure attachments with their children.

Jane’s approach is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including attachment theory, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy, which she tailors to meet her client’s unique needs. Jane is a warm, kind and compassionate therapist who creates a safe and non-judgemental space. Jane is a Mum herself and is passionate about positive mental health. The transition to motherhood is often described as an ‘emotional rollercoaster,’ characterised by both highs and challenging lows in mental health. Jane believes every Mum would benefit from seeing a psychologist as they navigate the complexities of this new life stage.
